The Montana Fund
The Montana Fund provides flexible capital for rapidly-growing companies.
Our funds can function like equity for companies that are expanding rapidly
in strong markets.
The Montana Fund does not take any ownership interest in client companies.
Our funding of up to $250,000 is structured as an amortized loan with an additional
payment that is based on the company's achieved revenue. A typical Montana
Fund investee has:
* Established sales, usually at least $750,000 per year
* Sales growth forecast of 10-20% per year
* Proven profit margins that will support a revenue-share payment
* Strong management
* A well-supported written growth strategy
Most Montana Fund customers have an established bank relationship. That bank
typically is part of the process to ensure that The Montana Fund helps support
the overall business financing structure including bank loans and lines of
credit.
